I don’t buy anything online anymore without checking the ratings and reviews.

Now, there’s a curious thing about ratings and reviews. You’d expect products with 5-star ratings to be the best. But I don’t trust them. And it turns out I’m not the only one. In fact, most people’s BS-alarm goes off when they see products or services with exclusively 5-star ratings.

It’s why I once gave a friend a 4,85-star rating (but he didn’t appreciate it).

So on your website, make sure to display all your ratings and definitely don’t delete the bad ones.

And when you do, why not put them in a prominent position, with a bright colour and a bit of text.

As you can see, G2 and Trustpilot are good sources for ratings, but you can also design your own rating block as in the last example.
